We aim to ensure the highest level of technology is supported by a partnership strategy that has been implemented with various supplier partners. This direct collaboration allows ESI to introduce new features in each version.
Hotline & Quality
The Hotline, associated with the customer service, is composed of:
- Daily team available during the opening hours
- The penalty, to ensure service 24h/24 - 7d/7

Each customer contact has its own access to WebDesk ESI that allows better interaction with our services, an open ticket status, the ability to post comments and add information (logs, screenshots ...) for a ticket in the handrail. To provide optimal service to our customers, we have recently expanded hours Hotline.
Support & Logistics
The logistics service and installation is composed of technicians and installers, responsible for technical support to customers, from the time they ordered our solutions.
- Supply of equipment and preparing machines in our laboratories

Pre-sale
Our French and international sales teams are dedicated to your projects. They advise you and assist you in creating your own monitoring station or global integration or part of our solutions into your existing station.
The commercial division incorporates the Project Managers whose role is divided into three main areas:
- Mission presales
- Project monitoring deployment
- Guaranteed customer compliance results than expected
- Within budget and deadlines
- Monitoring of the installed base
Each customer therefore has available a dedicated commercial, an assigned Hotliner and Chief Referring Project.
R&D
Our Research and Development department is to set up and improve our solutions to the needs of users and ESI requests for specific developments.
Trainings
ESI holds an approval of ""vocational training"". The training sessions are necessary for the proper use of ESI
products are included in the commercial proposals. They are taught by experts in your ESI products on your setup and
operation. The training can be organized on site or in our training center in Le Cannet, France.
